无瘤技术护理配合应用在腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌根治术中的作用

Role of Nursing Cooperation of Tumor Free Technology in Laparoscopic Assisted Colorectal Cancer Radical Surgery

目的 分析无瘤技术护理配合应用在腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌根治术中的作用。方法 回顾性分析2019年1月至2022年5月于医院外科行腹腔镜辅助结直肠癌根治术的45例患者的临床资料,根据其采用不同的护理方法分组,将采用常规护理配合干预者纳入对照组(22例),将实施无瘤技术护理配合干预纳入研究组(23例)。对比两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后首次排气时间、住院时间和护理前后生存质量评分,比较两组术后并发症和术后肿瘤复发发生率。结果 相比于对照组,研究组手术时间、术后首次排气时间、住院时间较短,术中出血量较少(P <0.05)。护理后,相比于对照组,研究组生存质量评分较高(P <0.05)。相比于对照组,研究组术后并发症发生率、术后肿瘤复发率较低(P <0.05)。结论 采用无瘤技术护理配合应用干预可有效提高腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术实施效率,并缩短患者术后恢复时间,预防术后并发症和肿瘤复发,有利于提高其生存质量。

Objective To analyze the role of nursing cooperation of non tumor technology in laparoscopic assisted colorectal cancer radical surgery.Methods A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 45 patients undergoing laparoscopic assisted colorectal cancer radical resection in hospital surgery from January 2019 to May 2022.According to the group of different care methods,the reference group(22 cases)was included,and the tumor-free technology care cooperation intervention was included in the study group(23 cases).Comparing the operative time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative first exhaust time,hospital stay,and quality of survival score before and after nursing,to compare the incidence of postoperative complications and postoperative tumor recurrence between the two groups.Results Compared with the reference group,the operation time,first postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay were shorter in the study group(P<0.05).After care,the study group had a higher quality of survival score compared to the reference group(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the incidence rate of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate of tumor after surgery in the study group were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of tumor free nursing and intervention can effectively improve the implementation efficiency of laparoscopic colorectal cancer radical surgery,shorten the recovery time of patients after surgery,prevent postoperative complications and tumor recurrence,and improve their quality of life.
