叙事护理模式对妊娠糖尿病产妇分娩的影响

Influence of Narrative Nursing Mode on Delivery of Pregnant Women with Diabetes

目的 分析叙事护理模式对妊娠糖尿病产妇分娩的影响。方法 选取我院收治的56例妊娠糖尿病产妇作为研究对象,将其按照随机数表法分为对照组(28例,使用常规方法护理)和观察组(28例,使用叙事护理模式)。对两组的护理效果进行分析。结果 两组患者在接受护理后均取得一定效果,但观察组在采用叙事护理模式后,其血糖控制情况、自我管理评分、饮食行为情况、治疗依从性、分娩情况、妊娠结局均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 在妊娠糖尿病产妇护理过程中,采用叙事护理模式能取得较佳的效果,可有效控制患者的血糖水平,提升其自我管理能力,促进其合理饮食,从而提升其治疗依从性,促进其良好分娩,改善妊娠结局。

Objective To analyze the influence of narrative nursing mode on the delivery of pregnant women with diabetes.Methods A total of 56 pregnant women with diabetes who were admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into the control group(28 cases,using conventional nursing methods)and the observation group(28 cases,using narrative nursing mode).Analyze the nursing outcomes of both groups.Results Both groups of patients achieved certain results after receiving nursing care,but the observation group showed better blood glucose control,self-management score,dietary behavior,treatment compliance,delivery status,and pregnancy outcome than the control group after adopting narrative nursing mode,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing process of pregnant women with diabetes,narrative nursing mode can achieve better results,effectively control their blood sugar,improve their self-management ability,promote their reasonable diet,thereby improving their treatment compliance,promoting their good delivery,and improving the pregnancy outcome.
