痔疮手术患者术后应用循证疼痛护理的效果

Effect of Evidence-based Pain Nursing in Patients with Hemorrhoid Surgery

目的 观察痔疮手术患者在术后接受循证疼痛护理干预后的应用效果。方法 纳入医院在2020年2月至2022年5月收治的100例行痔疮手术治疗的痔疮患者作为观察对象。将痔疮手术患者随机分为常规组和循证组,各50例,常规组的患者接受常规临床护理干预,循证组患者在常规护理基础上加以循证疼痛护理干预,观察两组患者的疼痛情况、心理状态、生活质量、术后并发症发生情况等。结果 循证组患者的VAS评分以及SAS评分均低于常规组患者,数据比较P <0.05。手术临床指标(住院时间、肛门排气时间)和创面愈合时间、创面愈合评分、水肿评分对比,循证组优于常规组,P <0.05。循证组患者发生出血、切口感染等并发症的患者例数少于常规组患者,P <0.05。满意度情况对比,常规组患者相比于循证组更差,P <0.05。结论 在痔疮手术患者术后予以熏蒸疼痛护理干预后具有理想的护理效果,有效改善了患者的负性情绪,缓解患者的疼痛程度,降低了并发症的发生率,提高了生活质量。

Objective To observe the application effect of evidence-based pain nursing intervention in patients undergoing hemorrhoid surgery.Methods A total of 100 patients with hemorrhoids who underwent hemorrhoid surgery treated in hospital from February 2020 to May 2022 were included as observation objects.Hemorrhoids surgery patients were randomly divided into the conventional group and evidence-based group,each group of 50 patients,the conventional group of patients to accept the general routine clinical nursing intervention,evidence-based group of patients on the basis of routine care to evidence-based pain nursing intervention,observation and analysis of the two groups of patients with pain,psychological state,quality of life,postoperative complications,etc.Results The VAS score and SAS score of evidence-based group were lower than those of conventional group,P<0.05.The comparison of clinical indexes(hospital stay,anal exhaust time),wound healing time,wound healing score and edema score showed that the evidence-based group was better than the conventional group(P<0.05).The number of patients in the evidence-based group with bleeding,incision infection and other complications was less than that in the conventional group,P<0.05.Compared with the evidence-based group,the satisfaction of patients in the conventional group was worse,P<0.05.Conclusion After fumigation pain nursing intervention in patients with hemorrhoids surgery,it has ideal nursing effect,effectively improve patients'negative emotions,relieve patients'pain degree,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve the quality of life.
