妊娠期规律产检对高龄孕产妇围生期并发症及妊娠结局的影响

Influence of Regular Antenatal Examination during Pregnancy on Perinatal Complications and Pregnancy Outcome of Elderly Women

目的 探讨规律产检对高龄孕产妇围生期并发症及妊娠结局的影响。方法 对2021年1月至2022年6月在本院产检、并于福鼎市医院分娩的孕妇展开回顾性分析,共110例。按照其产检情况分组,其中按时定期产检的孕妇分入规律组(71例),漏检、不定时产检的孕妇分入对照组(39例)。比较两组妊娠结局、妊娠期并发症、围生期并发症、新生儿情况。结果 规律组自然分娩率高于对照组(P <0.05),剖宫产率低于对照组(P> 0.05);规律组流产、难产、死胎等不良结局发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。规律组妊娠期并发症总发生率低于对照组,围生期并发症发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。规律组新生儿不良结局发生率低于对照组(P <0.05)。规律组新生儿体质量均高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 规律产检可保障母婴健康,为及时制订干预措施提供参考,能够降低不良妊娠结局的发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of regular prenatal examination on perinatal complications and pregnancy outcomes in elderly pregnant women.Methods A retrospective analysis of pregnant women who had 2021 at our hospital and delivered at Fuding Hospital between January and June 2022 was conducted,a retrospective analysis of 110 pregnant women who were filed,examined and delivered in our hospital was carried out.According to the status of their antenatal examination,pregnant women who had regular antenatal examination on time were divided into regular group(71 cases),and pregnant women who missed or had irregular antenatal examination were divided into control group(39 cases).Compare the pregnancy outcome,pregnancy complications,perinatal complications and neonatal conditions between the two groups.Results Natural delivery rate in the regular group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and cesarean section rate was lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse outcomes such as abortion,dystocia and stillbirth in the regular group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of pregnancy complications in the regular group was lower than that in the control group,and the perinatal complications were lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse neonatal outcomes in the regular group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The weight of newborns in the regular group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Regular prenatal examination can greatly protect the health of mother and child,provide reference for the timely formulation of intervention measures,and reduce the occurrence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
