摘要
目的 探讨微生态制剂联合左氧氟沙星三联疗法对老年消化性溃疡患者临床疗效及肠道菌群影响。方法 选取2018年2月至2019年8月我院收治的80例老年消化性溃疡患者作为本次研究对象,按治疗方式的差异将其分为联合组与对照组,各40例。给予对照组患者左氧氟沙星三联疗法治疗,给予联合组患者微生态制剂联合左氧氟沙星三联疗法治疗。对比两组患者临床疗效、肠道菌群。结果 联合组临床总有效率为97.50%显著高于对照组临床总有效率75.00%(P <0.05)。治疗前,两组患者肠道菌群对比差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,联合组双歧杆菌与乳杆菌均高于对照组,产气荚膜梭菌与肠球菌均低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 微生态制剂联合左氧氟沙星三联疗法治疗老年消化性溃疡患者可显著临床治疗效果,改善患者肠道菌群。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and intestinal flora effect of microecological preparations combined with levofloxacin triple therapy on elderly patients with peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 80 elderly patients with peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to August 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study,and they were divided into a combined group and a control group with 40 cases according to the differences in treatment methods.The control group patients were given levofloxacin triple therapy,and the combination group patients were given microecological preparations combined with levofloxacin triple therapy.The clinical efficacy and intestinal flora of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the combined group was 97.50%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group of 75.00%(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in intestinal flora between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,bifidobacterium and lactobacillus in the combined group were higher than those in the control group,and Clostridium perfringens and enterococcus were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Microecological preparations combined with levofloxacin triple therapy in the treatment of elderly patients with peptic ulcer can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,improve the intestinal flora of patients,and improve clinical efficacy.
