血脂血清学指标结合TC、TG、AST在脂肪肝中的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Serum Lipid Markers Combined with TC,TG,AST in Fatty Liver

目的 分析血脂血清学指标结合TC、TG、AST在脂肪肝诊断中的应用价值。方法 纳入2020年1月至2023年1月入院诊治的脂肪肝患者40例和健康人40名作为样本,行对比性诊断研究,其中脂肪肝患者样本纳入试验组,健康人群样本纳入对照组,比较两组受检者血脂血清指标、肝功能指标、血管内皮功能的差异。结果 试验组脂肪肝患者的血脂水平显著高于对照组健康受检者,P <0.05。试验组脂肪肝患者的肝功能指标显著高于对照组健康受检者,P <0.05。对照组健康受检者的血管内皮功能指标均优于试验组脂肪肝患者,P <0.05。结论 血脂血清学指标结合TC、TG、AST在脂肪肝诊断中的应用效果确切,结合血脂血清指标、肝功能指标、血管内皮功能指标,辅助影像学方法和病理检验可确诊脂肪肝,对于患者的疾病治疗和控制具有积极意义。

Objective To analyze the application value of serum lipid markers combined with TC,TG,AST in the diagnosis of fatty liver.Methods A comparative diagnostic study was conducted on 40 patients with fatty liver and 40 healthy individuals admitted to the hospital during the study period from January 2020 to January 2023.Among them,patients with fatty liver were included in the experimental group,and healthy individuals were included in the control group.The differences between the two groups in serum lipid indicators,liver function indicators,and vascular endothelial function were compared.Results The blood lipid level of patients with fatty liver in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of healthy subjects in the control group(P<0.05).The liver function indexes of patients with fatty liver in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of healthy subjects in the control group(P<0.05).The indexes of vascular endothelial function of healthy subjects in the control group were better than those of patients with fatty liver in the experimental group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of serum lipid indicators combined with TC,TG,and AST in the diagnosis of fatty liver is effective,combined with abnormalities in serum lipid indicators,liver function indicators,and vascular endothelial function,it can assist imaging and pathological examination in the diagnosis of fatty liver,and has positive significance for the treatment and control of patients with diseases.
