中医特色护理技术足浴结合耳穴压豆对心水病患者的意义

Significance of Foot Bath Combined with Auricular Point Bean Pressing in Patients with Cardioplegia

目的 分析中医特色护理技术足浴结合耳穴压豆对心水病患者的意义。方法 选取2020年8月至2021年8月大连市中医医院心内科收治的60例患有心水病的患者,随机进行分组,对照组30例采取临床常规康复方法,试验组30例在常规康复治疗的基础上采取中医特色护理技术足浴结合耳穴压豆治疗;比较两组患者中医症状积分、治疗有效率、生活质量。结果 试验组患者中医症状胸闷心悸、喘促、尿少肢肿、神疲乏力积分优于对照组患者(P <0.05)。试验组临床有效率为96.67%,优于对照组的40.00%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。试验组患者各项SF-36评分优于对照组患者(P <0.05)。结论 采取中医特色护理技术足浴结合耳穴压豆治疗心水病患者的效果显著,有助于改善患者的临床症状。

Objective To analyze the significance of foot bath combined with auricular acupoint bean pressing in patients with heart disease.Methods From August 2020 to August 2021 in Dalian City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Cardiology,60 cases of patients with water mark disease,randomized,control group 30 cases clinical routine rehabilitation methods,treatment group 30 cases in clinical routine rehabilitation treatment methods on the basis of the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technique foot bath therapy combined with ear beans.The scores of Chinese symptoms,treatment response rate,and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results Patients in the experimental group were better than the control group in terms of chest tightness,palpitation,shortness of breath,oligomatosis and fatigue(P<0.05).The clinical effective rate of experimental group was 96.67%,which was better than that of control group(40.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SF-36 quality of life scale of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of foot bath and ear point pressing bean therapy with TCM characteristic nursing techniques has a significant effect on the patients with hydrocardiopathy,improving the clinical symptoms of the patients.
