Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Blood Sampling Method in Neonatal Disease Screening

目的 观察综合护理应用于新生儿疾病筛查采血工作中的效果。方法 采取方便抽样法于2022年2月至2023年2月选取我院实施疾病筛查的新生儿112例作为研究对象,以差异化护理方式划分为两组,分别为对照组(61例,常规护理采血)、试验组(61例,综合护理采血),分析2种护理采血法的应用价值。结果 采血前两组新生儿在HR、RR方面比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。采血后,两组新生儿在HR、RR指标均显示出上升表现,但试验组较对照组低,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。相较于对照组,试验组新生儿哭闹持续时间、采血时间、NIPS评分、不良反应发生率均处在较低水平,一次采血成功率、血片合格率、家长护理满意度处在较高水平,组间差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 将综合性护理措施应用于新生儿疾病筛查的足底采血工作中可有效减轻新生儿疼痛感,缩短哭闹时间,让新生儿可以在较为稳定的生命体征下实现一次成功采血,优化采血效率,降低不良反应发生风险,让新生儿家属的满意度得到一定提升。

Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing applied in blood collection for neonatal disease screening.Methods A convenient sampling method was used to select 112 newborns who were screened in our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 as the study object,and divided into two nursing groups with differentiated nursing methods,namely the reference group(61 cases,routine nursing blood collection)and the experimental group(61 cases,comprehensive nursing blood collection),to analyze the application value of the two nursing blood collection methods.Results There was no difference in HR and RR between the two groups before blood collection(P>0.05).After blood collection,the HR and RR indexes of newborns in the two groups showed an increase,but the experimental group was lower than the reference group,showing a comparative difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group,the neonatal crying duration,blood collection time,NIPS score and adverse reaction rate in the experimental group were at a lower level,and the success rate of blood collection at one time,the qualified rate of blood tablets and the nursing satisfaction rate of parents were at a higher level,showing a comparative difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying comprehensive nursing measures to the plantar blood collection of neonatal disease screening can effectively reduce the pain of newborns,shorten the time of crying,enable newborns to achieve a successful blood collection under relatively stable vital signs,optimize the blood collection efficiency,reduce the risk of adverse reactions,and improve the satisfaction of newborn family members.
