多平台综合护理教育干预在社区老年糖尿病患者中的护理效果

Nursing Effect of Multi-platform Comprehensive Nursing Education Intervention on Elderly Diabetic Patients in the Community

目的 分析多平台综合护理教育干预在社区老年糖尿病患者中的护理效果。方法 选择社区医院护理内科2021年1月至2022年10月收治的92例老年糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各46例。对照组实施常规护理教育干预,研究组实施多平台综合护理教育干预。比较两组护理前后糖尿病认知评价量表评分、自我管理行为量表评分、血糖水平、生活质量评分。结果 护理前,两组糖尿病认知评价量表评分、自我管理行为量表评分、生活质量评分、血糖水平基本一致(P> 0.05);护理后,对照组糖尿病认知评价量表评分、自我管理行为量表评分高于对照组,空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白水平及生活质量评分低于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 采用多平台综合护理教育干预可有效提高老年糖尿病患者疾病认知水平,增强血糖控制自我管理能力,使血糖水平降低,提升生活质量。

Objective To analyze the nursing effect of multi-platform comprehensive nursing education intervention in elderly diabetic patients in community.Methods A total of 92 elderly diabetic patients admitted to the nursing department of community hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the reference group and the research group by random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The reference group implemented routine nursing education intervention,and the research group implemented multi-platform comprehensive nursing education intervention.The scores of diabetes cognitive evaluation scale,self-management behavior scale,blood glucose level and quality of life were compared between the two groups before and after care.Results Before nursing,the scores of diabetes cognitive evaluation scale,self-management behavior scale,quality of life score and blood glucose level were basically consistent between the two groups(P>0.05).After nursing,the scores of diabetes cognitive evaluation scale and self-management behavior scale in the reference group were higher than those in the reference group,and the scores of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and quality of life in the reference group were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multi-platform comprehensive nursing education intervention can effectively improve the disease cognition level of elderly patients with diabetes,enhance the ability of blood glucose control and self-management,reduce the blood glucose level,and improve the quality of life.
