复方黄芩搽剂湿敷护理对产后会阴伤口愈合的效果

Effect of Wet Compress Nursing with Compound Huangqin Liniment on Perineal Wound Healing after Childbirth

目的 探讨复方黄芩搽剂湿敷护理对产后会阴伤口愈合的效果。方法 选择2022年11月至2023年4月福建中医药大学附属人民医院经阴道分娩会阴损伤的产妇80例为研究对象,依据随机抽签法将其分为两组,对照组和研究组,每组40例。对照组予以会阴冲洗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合复方黄芩搽剂湿敷。比较两组产后会阴伤口愈合效果、护理满意度、并发症发生率、负性情绪、生活质量、疼痛介质水平。结果 研究组产后会阴伤口愈合总有效率95.00%高于对照组80.00%(P <0.05)。研究组护理总满意度92.50%高于对照组72.50%(P <0.05)。护理后,研究组出现伤口红肿、伤口疼痛、尿潴留等总并发症发生率5.00%低于对照组20.00%(P <0.05);护理后,研究组HAMA、HAMD评分均低于对照组(P <0.05),研究组QOL评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 会阴冲洗联合复方黄芩搽剂湿敷的护理对产后会阴伤口愈合的效果显著,有助于增加患者护理满意度,缓解负性情绪、疼痛程度,降低并发症发生率,提升生活质量,利于促进病症的恢复。

Objective To explore the effect of wet compress nursing of compound baicalin liniment on perineal wound healing after delivery.Methods From November 2022 to April 2023,80 women with perineal injury during vaginal delivery in the People's Hospital affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups according to the method of random drawing,the control group and the study group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was given perineal irrigation,and the study group was combined with compound baicalin liniment for wet compress on the basis of the control group.The healing effect of perineal wound,nursing satisfaction,complication rate,negative emotion,quality of life,and the level of pain medium were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of perineal wound healing in the study group was 95.00%higher than that in the control group(80.00%,P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was 92.50%higher than that of the control group(72.50%,P<0.05).After nursing,the incidence of wound redness,wound pain,urinary retention and other complications in the study group was 5.00%lower than that in the control group(20.00%,P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of HAMA and HAMD in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing of perineal irrigation combined with wet application of compound baicalin liniment has a significant effect on the healing of perineal wound after delivery,which can increase patients'satisfaction with nursing,relieve negative emotions and pain,reduce complications,improve the quality of life,and facilitate the recovery of symptoms.
