孕期系统健康教育在产前检查门诊护理中的应用价值

Application Value of Systematic Health Education during Pregnancy in Outpatient Nursing of Prenatal Examination

目的 分析系统健康教育在产前检查门诊护理中的价值。方法 选取2022年1~12月在我院实施产前检查的100例产妇作为研究对象,随机分为观察组(50例,孕期系统健康教育)与对照组(50例,常规产前健康教育)。对比两组患者满意度,对比两组患者健康知识和行为调查结果,对比两组患者SAS、SDS评分,对比两组患者护理效果。结果 观察组满意度、健康知识和行为调查结果、SAS评分、SDS评分、护理效果均比对照组有优势(P <0.05)。结论 在产前门诊中,采用孕期系统颊囊教育模式,有利于提升护理效果,促使患者了解健康知识,改善患者不良情绪,促使患者更加满意。

Objective To analyze the value of systematic health education in antenatal care.Methods A total of 100 parturients who underwent antenatal care in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as study subjects,they were randomly divided into observation group(50 cases)and control group(50 cases).To compare the satisfaction degree of patients in the two groups;to compare the investigation results of health knowledge and behavior of patients in the two groups;to compare the scores of SAS and SDS of patients in the two groups;to compare the nursing effect of patients in the two groups.Results The satisfaction,health knowledge and behavior,SAS and SDS score and nursing effect in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the antenatal clinic,the adoption of systematic education mode of buccal pouch during pregnancy can promote the nursing effect,promote the patients to understand the health knowledge,improve the patients'bad mood,and promote the patients to be more satisfied.
