以家庭为中心的护理干预在儿童保健护理中的应用效果

Application of Family-centered Nursing in Children's Health Care

目的 探讨在对儿童实施保健的过程中采用以家庭为中心的护理措施的具体价值。方法 遵循随机原则,选择2022年1~12月在我中心实施保健的160例儿童,以前来体检编号单双数分组,每组80例,对照组实施常规保健指导,观察组实施以家庭为中心的护理指导。记录两组家属满意度,同时评估智力发育情况、体格发育情况、家属对相关知识掌握度,并记录1年内常见疾病的发生率。结果 观察组家属满意度较对照组呈现升高趋势(P <0.05);观察组1年内常见疾病发生率较对照组呈现下降趋势(P <0.05);观察组智力发育评估显示适应能力、运动能力、社交能力、语言能力、精细动作评分均较于对照组升高(P <0.05);观察组头围、身高、体质量的评估结果均较对照组升高(P <0.05);观察组家属对疾病预防、喂养、健康锻炼、生活注意事项方面的知识掌握度较对照组明显提高(P <0.05)。结论 在儿童保健护理中,为其提供以家庭为中心的护理服务,既可提高家属对相关知识的掌握度,又可降低常见疾病发生率,促进儿童健康生长发育。

Objective To explore the specific value of family-centered nursing measures in the implementation of health care for children.Methods According to the principle of randomization,160 children were selected from January to December 2022 to receive health care in our hospital.80 children were divided into single and double groups.The control group received routine health care guidance,and the observation group received family-centered nursing guidance.Record the satisfaction of family members,assess the intellectual development,physical development,family members'mastery of relevant knowledge,and record the incidence of common diseases within one year in detail.Results The satisfaction of family members in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of common diseases in the observation group within one year showed a downward trend compared with the control group(P<0.05).The intelligence development evaluation of the observation group showed that the scores of adaptability,motor ability,social ability,language ability and fine movement were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation results of head circumference,height and body mass in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The family members in the observation group had better knowledge of disease prevention,feeding,health exercise and life precautions than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In children's health care,providing family-centered nursing services can not only improve the family members'mastery of relevant knowledge,but also reduce the incidence of common diseases and promote children's healthy growth and development.
