补中益气汤联合常规西医治疗气血两虚型消化道肿瘤癌因性疲乏患者的效果

Effects of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in treatment of cancer-related fatigue of patients with gastrointestinal tumors of qi and blood deficiency type

目的:观察补中益气汤联合常规西医治疗气血两虚型消化道肿瘤癌因性疲乏(CRF)患者的效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2021年12月该院收治的82例气血两虚型消化道肿瘤CRF患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组各41例。对照组予以地塞米松、哌甲酯治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合补中益气汤治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后中医证候积分、疲乏程度[Piper疲乏量表(PFS)]评分、T细胞亚群指标(CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+))水平,以及不良反应发生率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为85.37%(35/41),高于对照组的65.85%(27/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组中医证候积分和PFS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)水平均高于对照组,CD8^(+)水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补中益气汤联合常规西医治疗气血两虚型消化道肿瘤CRF患者可提高治疗总有效率,改善临床症状,减轻疲乏程度,提高免疫功能,效果优于单纯常规西医治疗。

Objective:To observe effects of Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with conventional Western medicine in treatment of cancerrelated fatigue(CRF)of patients with gastrointestinal tumors of qi and blood deficiency type.Methods:A prospective study was conducted on 82 CRF patients with gastrointestinal tumors of qi and blood deficiency type admitted to the hospital from January 2021 to December 2021.They were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Dexamethasone and Methylphenidate,while the observation group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi decoction on the basis of that of the control group.The clinical efficacy,the TCM syndrome scores before and after the treatment,the fatigue degree[Piper fatigue scale(PFS)]score,the T cell subset levels(CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD8^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)),and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 85.37%(35/41),which was higher than 65.85%(27/41)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes and PFS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the level of CD8^(+)was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Buzhong Yiqi decoction combined with conventional Western medicine can improve the total effective rate of treatment,improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the fatigue degree and improve the immune function in the CRF patients with gastrointestinal tumors of qi and blood deficiency type.Moreover,it is superior to single conventional Western medicine treatment.
