基于精益管理理论的优化措施在住院患儿血液标本送检中的应用效果

Application effects of lean management theory-based optimization measures in blood sample submission of hospitalized children

目的:观察基于精益管理理论的优化措施在住院患儿血液标本送检中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2021年1—6月该院实施常规血液送检措施的45例住院患儿的临床资料作为对照组,2021年7—12月该院实施基于精益管理理论的优化措施的45例住院患儿的临床资料作为观察组。比较两组血液标本送检指标水平、送检质量、护理人员职业素养评分和患儿家长护理满意度。结果:观察组抽血时间、采集接收时间、采集送检时间、送检接收时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组送检不及时率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组退回标本率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组沟通协调能力、责任感、团队精神、荣誉感、活动信心评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿家长护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于精益管理理论的优化措施可提高住院患儿血液标本送检指标水平、护理人员职业素养评分和患儿家长护理满意度,降低送检不及时率,其效果优于常规血液送检措施。

Objective:To observe application effects of lean management theory-based optimization measures in blood sample submission of hospitalized children.Methods:The clinical data of 45 hospitalized children with routine blood sample submission measures from January to June 2021 were retrospectively analyzed and they were used as control group,and the clinical data of 45 hospitalized children with the lean management theory-based optimization measures from July to December 2021 were analyzed and they were set as observation group.The levels of blood specimen submission indexes,the quality of submission,the professional quality score of the nursing staffs,and the parental nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The blood sampling time,the collection and reception time,the collection and submission time,and the submission and reception time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of untimely submission in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of returned samples between the two groups(P>0.05).The scores of communication and coordination ability,sense of responsibility,team spirit,sense of honor and activity confidence in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The parental nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:The lean management theory-based optimization measures can improve the levels of blood sample submission indexes,the professional quality scores of the nursing staffs and the parental nursing satisfaction of the hospitalized children,and reduce the rate of untimely submission.Moreover,it is superior to the routine blood sample submission measures.
