信息-知识-信念-行为模式联合模块化营养护理在剖宫产初产妇中的应用效果

Application effects of information-knowledge-attitude-practice model combined with modular nutrition nursing in primiparas undergoing cesarean section

目的:观察信息-知识-信念-行为(IKAP)模式联合模块化营养护理在剖宫产初产妇中的应用效果。方法:回顾性分析2019年6月至2020年12月该院收治的148例剖宫产初产妇的临床资料,按照护理方法不同将其分为观察组与对照组各74例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施IKAP模式联合模块化营养护理。比较两组不同时间(护理1 d后、护理1个月时、随访1个月时)母乳喂养率、母乳喂养自我效能量表(BSES)评分,护理前后自护能力[自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)]评分,以及护理满意度。结果:护理1个月与随访1个月时,观察组母乳喂养率、BSES评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);护理后,观察组自我概念、自我护理技能、自护责任感、健康知识水平等ESCA各维度评分和护理满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在常规护理基础上采用IKAP模式联合模块化营养护理可提高剖宫产初产妇母乳喂养率、BSES评分、ESCA评分和护理满意度,效果优于单纯常规护理。

Objective:To observe application effects of information-knowledge-attitude-practice(IKAP)model combined with modular nutritional nursing in primiparas undergoing cesarean section.Methods:The clinical data of 148 primiparas undergoing cesarean section admitted to this hospital from June 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.They were divided into observation group and control group according to different nursing methods,74 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,while the observation group was given IKAP model combined with modular nutrition nursing on the basis of that of the control group.The breastfeeding rate at different time(1 day after the nursing,1 month after the nursing,1 month follow-up),the breastfeeding self-efficacy scale(BSES)score,the self-nursing ability[exercise of selfcare agency scale(ESCA)]score before and after the nursing,and the nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:At 1 month of nursing and 1 month follow-up,the breastfeeding rates and the BSES scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the nursing,the ESCA dimension scores of self-concept,self-nursing skills,self-nursing responsibility,health knowledge level and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:On the basis of the routine nursing,the IKAP model combined with the modular nutritional nursing can improve the breastfeeding rate,the BSES score,the ESCA dimension score and the nursing satisfaction of the primiparas undergoing cesarean section.Moreover,it is superior to single routine nursing.
