Research progress of human papillomavirus infection and cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in gynecological cervical examination

宫颈癌是妇科肿瘤中发病率较高的疾病。子宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)是宫颈癌的早期病变阶段,人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)与CIN的发生发展密切相关,了解HPV的分子学特征、流行病学特点、致病机制以及与CIN之间的相关性,对于CIN的诊断、预防、治疗、转归具有十分重要的意义。近年来,学术界对HPV与CIN之间的相关性从分子层面到基因层面均有了更加深入的研究,本文对此进行了综述。

Cervical cancer is a disease with a high incidence rate among gynecological tumors.Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN)is an early pathological stage of cervical cancer.Human papillomavirus(HPV)is closely related to the occurrence and development of CIN.Understanding the molecular characteristics,epidemiological characteristics,path-ogenic mechanism of HPV,and the correlation between HPV and CIN is of great significance for the diagnosis,pre-vention,treatment,and prognosis of CIN.In recent years,the academic community has carried out more in-depth re-search on the correlation between HPV and CIN from the molecular level to the gene level,and which has been reviewed in this paper.
