本文针对多品种、小批量、定制化的典型离散型生产制造生产运营的痛点及难点,以生产计划投产到成品入库的整个生产运营过程为对象,进行了数字化和智能化改造的统一规划与实施,从数据采集、数据集成分析、数据应用这三方面阐述了数字场景实现方式,并持续协同开展数据开发应用、流程优化、组织调整和技术融合,打造了基于智能制造的精细化生产运营数字场景,达到了提高生产效率、缩短生产周期、降低生产成本、提升产品质量稳定性的目标。

Aiming at the pain points and difficulties of typical discrete production manufacturing and production operation of multi-variety,small batch size and customization,this paper takes the whole production operation process from production planning to finished product warehousing as the object,carries out the unified planning and implementation of digital and intelligent transformation,expounds the realization mode of digital scenarios from three aspects:data collection,data integration analysis and data application,and continuously carries out data development application,process optimization,organizational adjustment and technology integration collaboratively.It has created a refined production operation digital scenario based on intelligent manufacturing,and achieves the goals of increasing production efficiency,shortening production cycle,reducing production costs,and improving product quality stability.
