浅谈增材制造技术在核电领域的发展

摘要 增材制造技术,作为21世纪新兴制造技术,以极具创新的制造理念、极快的发展速度和极高的制造水平,在极短的时间内在诸多领域和行业获得了大量的应用,其中不乏一些高精尖、军工行业。但是在核电领域,增材制造技术目前还没有获得足够的重视,仅进行了部分试验阶段的样品试制及一些基础的非核级零件上获得使用。因此,本文就增材制造技术在核电领域的应用前景,以及增材制造技术在核电领域发展的一些先决条件进行了分析和探讨,希望通过本文可以促进增材制造技术在核电领域的发展。 Additive manufacturing technology,as an emerging manufacturing technology in the 21st century,has been widely applied in many fields and industries within a very short term due to extremely innovative manufacturing concept,extremely fast development speed and extremely high manufacturing level,including some high-precision and military industries.However,in the field of nuclear power,additive manufacturing technology has not received enough attention at present,and only some test stage sample production and some basic non-nuclear-grade parts have been used.Therefore,this paper analyzes and discusses the application prospect of additive manufacturing technology in the field of nuclear power,as well as some prerequisites for the development of additive manufacturing technology in the field of nuclear power,hoping that this paper can promote the development of additive manufacturing technology in the field of nuclear power.
