风力发电设备安全管理与运行维护探析

摘要 我国的风力发电技术起步较早,早在20世纪80年代就开始应用在某些风力充足地区,但当时的技术和设备水平相对落后,风力发电产量无法得到保证。随着风力发电技术的不断发展和市场需求的扩大,风力发电逐渐成为我国可再生能源发展的重点领域之一。为了确保风力发电设备的安全可靠运行,我国制定了《风电场建设规划纲要》,提出要加强风力发电运行管理力度、提高设备性能和可靠性等目标,同时,国内企业也在不断开展自主研发,开发自动化检测设备、仿真技术等,以提高风力发电设备的安全性和可靠性。基于此,文章就风力发电设备安全管理与运行维护加以探析,以期为风力发电的可持续发展和推广提供助力。 China’s wind power generation technology starts early and has been applied in some windy areas as early as 1980s,but the technology and equipment level at that time are relatively backward and the output of wind power generation could not be guaranteed.With the continuous development of wind power generation technology and the expansion of market demand,wind power generation has gradually become one of the key areas of renewable energy development in China.In order to ensure the safe and reliable operation of wind power generation equipment,China has formulated the“Outline of Wind Farm Construction Planning”,which proposes to strengthen the operation management of wind power generation and improve the performance and reliability of equipment,etc.Meanwhile,domestic enterprises are also carrying out independent research and development,developing automatic testing equipment and simulation technology to improve the safety and reliability of wind power generation equipment.Based on this condition,this paper analyzes safety management and operation and maintenance technologies of wind power generation equipment,providing an assistance for the sustainable development and promotion of wind power generation.
