摘要
为探究光照对红枫幼苗生长及叶色变化的影响,以美国红枫秋火焰当年扦插苗为试验材料,比较了不同光照强度下红枫幼苗生长、色素含量、叶片酶活性以及内含物质含量。结果表明:光照会对红枫幼苗生长及叶色变化造成显著影响。针对一年生红枫幼苗,过度遮阴会对其生长及叶色造成不利影响,而75%光照度下红枫幼苗生长及叶色变化与100%光照强度无显著差异,因而在红枫栽培过程中可对其进行适度遮光处理。
In order to explore the effect of light on the growth and leaf color change of red maple seedlings,the cutting seedlings of American red maple in autumn flame are taken as the experimental object.The growth,pigment content,leaf enzyme activity and the contents of the red maple seedlings under different light intensities are compared.The results showed that light had a significant effect on the growth and leaf color changes of red maple seedlings.For annual red maple seedlings,excessive shading will have adverse effects on their growth and leaf color,while the growth and leaf color change of red maple seedlings under 75%light intensity are not significantly different from that under 100%light intensity,so it can be appropriately shaded during the cultivation of red maple.
