摘要
以广西国有派阳山林场为研究对象,运用层次分析法与模糊评价法,按照森林的生态、经济和社会效益构建了森林结构综合评价模型,设置了目标层、准则层、因子层共3个准则层9个因子层指标,请林学及生态专家与森林经营主体共同拟定判断矩阵,在此基础上分析总结了派阳山林场森林结构10年的优化调整成效与经验,指导经营管理方案。提出了林场调整方案:中小径材适度调整为中大径材,增加乡土阔叶树种规模,扩大针阔混交林比例,最大限度地发挥林地生产潜力;按照分类经营、多功能森林经营、近自然经营的理念,从传统的木材利用为主向多功能利用转变;制定相适应的采伐、培育、保护和利用的森林经营措施,同时兼顾森林生态、社会效益,既保障国家木材生产安全,又实现森林资源的可持续利用。
The analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy evaluation was used to build the index system of forest structures in Paiyangshan Forest Farm.Relevant criteria and factors were set up and the comparison judgment matrix was established.According to the three benefits of forest ecology,economy and society and the main function of forest,the model is built,and the experts of ecology and forest management are invited to work out the judgement matrix together,which can guide the optimization and adjustment of forest structures to formulate operation and management plans.The adjustment scheme of the forest farm was as follows:moderate small and medium diameter timber was adjusted to medium and large diameter timber;the scale of native broad-leaved tree species was increased;the proportion of mixed forest was enlarged,and the production potential of forest land was brought into full play;According to the concept of classified management,multi-function forest management and near-nature management,the traditional wood utilization is changed to multi-function utilization.The measures of cutting,cultivation,protection and utilization of forest management should be formulated in order to ensure the safety of national timber production and realize the sustainable utilization of forest resources.
