基于遥感技术的国家园林城市标准在山地城市的适用性分析——以贵阳市为例

Applicability Analysis of National Garden City Standards Based on Remote Sensing Technology in Mountain Cities—Taking Guiyang City as an Example

园林城市与生态园林城市是一座城市生态宜居、健康舒适、安全韧性和风貌特色的重要标志。为探索分析园林城市在南方山地城市的适用性,以贵州省贵阳市为例进行园林城市综合评分,通过遥感影像解译、人工辅助、实地调查、利用统计年鉴等方式,结合《城市绿地分类标准》和《国家园林城市标准》分析了其在南方山地城市中的适用性。结果表明:国家园林城市标准的评分中重在人工建造的园林绿化,城市中承担着休憩、娱乐等建设用地与建成区外的园林绿化功能被弱化。为此,建议改进、统一全国各城市的园林城市评分原则适用性,加强指标适用性解释说明,增加城市中承担园林绿化作用却不在建设用地上的绿地。

Garden city and ecological garden city are important symbols of a city's ecological livability,health and comfort,safety and resilience,and style characteristics.In order to explore and analyze the applicability of garden cities in southern mountain cities,taking Guiyang City,Guizhou Province as an example,the comprehensive scoring of garden cities was carried out,and its applicability in southern mountain cities was analyzed by means of remote sensing image interpretation,artificial assistance,field investigation,and statistical yearbook,combined with the Urban Green Space Classification Standard and National Garden City Standard.The results show that the scoring of the national garden city standard focuses on artificially constructed landscaping,and the construction land for rest and entertainment in the city and the landscaping function outside the built-up area are weakened.It is recommended to improve and unify the applicability of the scoring principle of garden cities in cities across the country,strengthen the interpretation of the applicability of indicators,and increase the green space in the city that bears the role of landscaping but is not on the construction land.
