云南主要温泉企业经营状况调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Business Status of Major Hot Spring Enterprises in Yunnan

采用抽样调查、企业访谈等方法对云南省主要温泉企业的经营状况进行了调查,分析了企业的投资规模、税收状况、运营成本、人力资源构成和信息来源途径等内容。结果表明:云南省温泉企业存在经营成本高、税收压力大、产业链不完善、营销方式传统和缺乏人才等问题。但随着大健康发展战略的实施,加之温泉本身具有的康养疗愈的效果,温泉产业逐渐会成为未来旅游业主要发展趋势之一。

By means of sampling survey and enterprise interview,this paper investigates and analyzes the operating conditions of major hot spring enterprises in Yunnan Province,and analyzes the investment scale,tax status,operating costs,human resources composition and information sources.The analysis shows that hot spring enterprises in Yunnan Province have some problems,such as high operating cost,great tax pressure,imperfect industrial chain,traditional marketing methods and lack of talents.With the implementation of the great health development strategy and the healing effect of the hot spring itself,the hot spring industry has gradually become one of the main development trends of the tourism industry in the future.
