摘要
交通基础设施(transportation infrastructure,TI)网络极易因产生级联故障而导致瘫痪。然而,系统性地研究TI中级联故障似乎一直被忽略。为弥补这一领域的空白,全面审查了孤立、多层和空间TI网络中级联故障的传播机制、分析方法和预防策略。最后提出级联故障分析和预防的主流模型,并表明未来的研究中应该关注接受复杂性和依赖性、在安全性和韧性之间建立联系、对故障采用所有危险的方法、避免创建新的漏洞以及在部门之间转移知识等方面。研究成果有助于促进本领域的发展以及项目管理团队在早期阶段揭示和解决TI网络中的级联故障。
Transportation infrastructure(TI)networks are highly susceptible to cascading failures causing downtime.However,it seems to be neglected to systematically study cascading failures in TI.To fill the gap in this area,a comprehensive review of the propagation mechanisms,analysis methods and prevention strategies for cascading failures in isolated was provided,multi-layered and spatial TI networks.As a result,mainstream models for cascading failure analysis and prevention were proposed.Furthermore,several directions should be attended to in future research,including accepting complexity and dependencies,making the link between safety and resilience,applying an all-hazards approach to faults,avoiding the creation of new vulnerabilities and transferring knowledge between sectors.The research results contributes to the development of the field and the project management team to reveal and resolve cascading failures in the TI network at earlier stages.
