考虑风光不确定性的综合能源系统区间优化调度 被引量:3

Interval Optimal Scheduling of Integrated Energy System Considering Landscape Uncertainty

摘要 针对风力发电、光伏出力的不确定性以及P2G(power to gas)设备对综合能源系统调度的影响,研究以热电联产系统、燃料电池、蓄电池和P2G等设备组成的综合能源系统,主要基于经济成本和环保减排方面建立系统运行总成本最小、满足各设备约束条件、考虑风电和光伏出力的不确定性的综合能源系统区间经济调度模型。利用区间数表示综合能源系统中风电、光伏出力的不确定性,并通过线性化将模型转化为确定性的混合整数线性规划模型,利用Python3.8.2进行建模,并采用Gurobi求解器对其进行求解。最后,通过实例分析了P2G设备对降低系统运行成本的影响,验证了所提模型的有效性。 Aiming at the uncertainty of wind power generation and photovoltaic output and the influence of power to gas(P2G)equipment on the dispatching of integrated energy system,the integrated energy system composed of cogeneration system,fuel cell,battery and P2G equipment was studied.Based on the economic cost and environmental protection and emission reduction,the interval economic dispatch model of integrated energy system was established with minimum the total operating cost of the system,metting the constraints of each equipment,and considering the uncertainty of wind power and photovoltaic output.The interval number was used to represent the uncertainty of the power output of the integrated energy system,and the model was transformed into a deterministic mixed integer linear programming model by linearization,which is modeled by Python3.8.2 and solved by Gurobi solver.Finally,the effect of P2G equipment on reducing the operating cost of the system was analyzed through an example,and the effectiveness of the proposed model was verified.
