摘要
主要介绍了在汽车生产车间自动化生产线控制系统中不同品牌控制器之间通讯实现方式,主流控制器包括西门子S7-300 PLC、S7-1200 PLC、S7-1500 PLC、AB compactLogix、ControlLogix系列PLC等。但是西门子支持工业通讯协议主要为Profinet、Profibus-DP,AB PLC支持的主要协议为DeviceNET、Ethernet/IP等,不同品牌PLC不能通过工艺通讯协议进行直接通讯,但现场设备由于改造升级,不可能将控制系统统一为相同品牌,解决不同品牌PLC之间的通讯成为汽车生产线必须解决的问题,现根据行业技术的发展,对解决此类通讯问题进行总结。
This paper mainly introduces the communication between different brand controllers in the control system of automatic production line in automobile production workshop, such as Siemens S7-300 PLC, S7-1200 PLC, S7-1500 PLC, AB compactlogix, Control Logix Series PLC. However, Siemens supports Profinet, Profibus-DP, AB PLC supports DeviceNET, Ethernet IP and so on. Different PLC can not communicate directly through process communication protocol. However, due to the transformation and upgrading of the field equipment, it is impossible to unify the control system into the same brand, and solving the communication between different brands of PLC has become a problem that must be solved in the automobile production line. It is summarized that how to solve this kind of communication problem.
