基于小型PLC的EtherCAT主站系统设计与实现

摘要 目前市场上小型PLC控制器由于早期技术、成本原因,一般不支持EtherCAT总线通讯;但工业现场越来越多传感器、扩展模块采用EtherCAT接口,对PLC控制器的EtherCAT通讯需求日益迫切。针对上述问题,在现有小型PLC控制器软硬件基础上,提出了一种基于IgH EtherCAT Master开源协议栈,快速构建EtherCAT主站系统的方法。最后,在NA300小型双网囗PLC上进行实践测试,实现了EtherCAT通讯接口扩展,满足了现场需求。 At present,small PLC controllers on the market generally do not support EtherCAT bus communication due to early technology and cost reasons.However,more and more sensors and expansion modules in the industrial field use EtherCAT interfaces,so the demand for EtherCAT communication of PLC controllers is increasingly urgent.In view of the above problems,based on the software and hardware of the existing small PLC controller,this paper proposes a method to quickly build an EtherCAT master system based on the IgH EtherCAT Master open source protocol stack.Finally,a practical experiment is carried out,the EtherCAT master station system was deployed on NA300 small dual-network PLC controller,and met the needs of the site.
