摘要
近年来,我国化工企业在工业化改革与产业转型过程中,结合高质量发展主题普遍扩大了对设备与技术要素的配置比例,较好地实践了技术赋能目标,实践中不排除各类设施设备发生故障的可能性,在当前高质量建设与高水准运营过程中,应持续加强相关问题的研讨。基于此,结合某化工企业催化裂化装置旋风分离器,使用多种方法剖析了其翼阀断裂及失效原因,并根据分析与讨论结果,提出了相应的防御措施。
In recent years,China's chemical enterprises in the process of industrialization reform and industrial transformation,combined with high quality development theme generally expanded the equipment and technical elements of configuration,better practice of the technology can assign target,practice does not rule out the possibility of all kinds of facilities failure,in the current high quality construction and high level operation process,should continue to strengthen related issues.Based on the cyclone separator of a chemical enterprise,the fracture and failure causes are analyzed based on the analysis and discussion results.
