摘要
催化裂化是炼油工艺中的一种重要技术,能够将重质油加热后裂解成低碳数的烃类产品,提高汽油产率,催化裂化装置中反应器结构是影响催化裂化效果的关键因素之一。基于此,从反应器结构对反应过程的影响、反应器结构优化两个方面进行研究,为反应器结构优化提供参考。
Catalytic cracking is an important technology in the refining process,which can heat heavy oil and decompose it into low carbon hydrocarbon products,improving gasoline yield.The reactor structure in a catalytic cracking unit is one of the key factors affecting the catalytic cracking effect.Based on this,this article will conduct research from two aspects:the impact of reactor structure on the reaction process,and the research on reactor structure optimization,providing reference for reactor structure optimization.
