摘要
化工产业作为支柱工业,在我国经济快速发展的过程中占有举足轻重的位置。我国化工产业规模庞大,企业数量众多,要保证其最大限度地发挥作用,就必须采取相应的安全防范措施,避免出现危险事故,减少企业的经济损失,保证工人的生命财产安全。化工产业需要耗费大量的能源,而且生产加工程序也非常复杂,每个环节都扮演着不可取代的角色。其中任何一个环节出现问题,都会影响到整个生产过程,所以要想保证化工企业的稳定发展,必须从安全生产优化的角度进行建设。基于此,结合常规的化学生产安全问题,探讨具体的优化策略。
As a pillar industry,the chemical industry occupies a pivotal position in the process of rapid economic development in China.China's chemical industry has a large scale and a large number of enterprises.To ensure its maximum effectiveness,it is necessary to take corresponding safety precautions to avoid dangerous accidents,reduce economic losses of enterprises,and ensure the safety of workers'lives and property.The chemical industry requires a large amount of energy consumption,and the production and processing procedures are also very complex.Each link plays an irreplaceable role.Any problem in any of these links will affect the entire production process.Therefore,in order to ensure the stable development of chemical enterprises,construction must be carried out from the perspective of safety production optimization.This article discusses specific optimization strategies based on conventional chemical production safety issues.
