植物精油空气清新剂联合负离子增湿器抑菌作用研究

摘要 以植物精油为主要成分制备复方精油空气清新剂及考察与负离子增湿器的协同抑菌效果。以芦柑、百里香、茶树精油为主要成分,采用微胶囊包合技术制备复方精油空气清新剂,并联合负离子增湿器对空气中细菌的抑制作用进行研究。0.2%新洁尔灭作为对照,以抑菌率为指标,考察其对空气中细菌的抑制效果。复方精油空气清新剂对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、枯草芽孢杆菌、黄曲酶均有明显的抑制作用,抑菌圈直径分别为:(28.13±0.08)mm、(20.66±0.13)mm、(13.40±0.16)mm、(16.72±0.05)mm、14.24±0.12 mm;单独喷洒时空气中的抑菌率为89.95%,高于0.2%新洁尔灭的80.24%,联合负离子增湿器使用后,其抑菌率显著提高,可达到96.93%。该植物精油空气清新剂抑菌作用明显,联合负离子增湿器使用效果更佳,安全无毒且具有芦柑的芳香气味,是一种优良的空气清新剂及空气净化方式。 To prepare compound essential oil air freshener with plant essential oil as the main component and investigate its synergistic antibacterial effect with anion humidifier.the compound essential oil air freshener was prepared by microencapsulation with essential oils of citrus,thyme and tea tree as the main components,and the inhibitory effect of the compound essential oil on bacteria in the air was studied with anion humidifier.Taking 0.2%Bromogeramine as the control,the inhibitory effect on bacteria in the air was investigated by the bacteriostasis rate of Bromogeramine.the compound essential oil air freshener had obvious inhibitory effects on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Bacillus subtilis and Aspergillus flavus.The diameters of inhibition zones were 28.13±0.08 mm、20.66±0.13 mm、13.40±0.16 mm、16.72±0.05 mm、14.24±0.12 mm respectively;When sprayed alone,the bacteriostasis rate in the air was 89.95%,which was higher than the 80.24%of 0.2%Bromogeramine.After combined with anion ion humidifier,the bacteriostasis rate was significantly improved to 96.93%.The plant essential oil air freshener has significant antibacterial effect,and even better when it combined with anion humidifier.It is safe,non-toxic,excellent air freshener and purification method citrus scent.
