休眠条件下莲藕营养成分的动态变化研究 被引量:1

摘要 以‘迎宾芙蓉’、‘锦旗’、‘白碗莲’、‘娇容三变’4个中小型荷花品种为试材,对其休眠期间根状茎的可溶性糖、淀粉、可溶性蛋白质的变化动态进行分析。结果表明:在真休眠期,荷花的营养物质均呈现先上升后下降的趋势。 Lotus cultivar'baiwanlian'、'yingbinfurong'、'jinqi'、'jiaorongsanbian'were used to study dynamic changes of soluble sugar content,starch,soluble protein content of lotus rhizome under Dormancy.The results indicated,during dormancy,the nutrients increased firstly,then decreased.
