Egg is a common food in people’s life,and the detection of veterinary drug residues in eggs is of great significance to ensure the food safety of the people.In the detection of veterinary drug residues in food,eggs have the characteristics of strong matrix effect and complex matrix types,which often affect the sensitivity and accuracy of drug residues detection.Therefore,this paper focuses on the research and analysis of the detection methods and related technologies of drug residues in eggs,with a view to providing some reference for the quantitative and rapid screening of traditional Chinese medicine residues in eggs.
