摘要
在食品行业飞速发展、食品种类逐步多样化和食品安全问题层出不穷的当下,人们对食品安全问题更加关注,同时对食品安全管理提出了更高的要求,相关食品安全管理部门承受的压力较大。乳制品已经走进千家万户且正在成为人们生活的必需品,但是有关乳制品质量问题一直是人们讨论的焦点。当前乳制品依旧存在质量问题和质量隐患,因此加强对乳品的质量控制至关重要。本文针对乳品质量问题的主要成因进行分析,并提出食品安全管理体系在乳品质量控制中的运用策略。
With the rapid development of the food industry,the gradual diversification of food types,and the endless emergence of food safety issues,people are paying more attention to food safety issues,while raising higher requirements for food safety management,and the relevant food safety management departments are under greater pressure.Dairy products have entered thousands of households and are becoming a necessity in people’s lives,but the quality of dairy products has always been the focus of discussion.Currently,there are still quality problems and potential quality hazards in dairy products,so it is crucial to strengthen quality control of dairy products.This article analyzes the main causes of dairy quality problems and proposes strategies for the application of food safety management systems in dairy quality control.
