摘要
本文采用NY/T 761—2008中蔬菜和水果中有机氯、拟除虫菊酯类农药多残留的测定部分中的处理方法将7种蔬菜经过提取、净化得到相应的基质溶液,用其配制浓度为0.1μg·mL^(-1)的基质标,分析不同农药在不同蔬菜基质中的基质效应。结果表明,15种有机氯、拟除虫菊酯类农药在7种蔬菜基质中的基质效应强弱程度不同。对大量蔬菜进行例行监测过程中,有基质增强效应的农药可以用溶剂标进行初筛,有基质减弱效应的则需要配制基质标进行初筛,确保不会发生漏检。
In this paper,7 kinds of vegetables were extracted and purified to obtain the corresponding matrix solutions by using the processing methods in the determination of organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits in NY/T 761-2008.Matrix markers with a concentration of 0.1μg·mL^(-1) were prepared to analyze the matrix effects of different pesticides in different vegetable matrices.The results showed that the matrix effects of 15 organochlorine and pyrethroid pesticides were different in 7 vegetable substrates.In the process of routine monitoring of a large number of vegetables,the pesticide with matrix enhancement effect can be used for initial screening with solvent label,and the pesticide with matrix weakening effect needs to be prepared for initial screening with matrix standard solution to ensure that there will be no missed detection.
