摘要
近年来由于环保问题突出以及COVID-19的出现,从西方掀起了一场植物蛋白食品风潮。我国的豆制品加工历史悠久,为植物蛋白食品的盛行提供了市场基础。本文通过综述国内外植物蛋白食品风潮形成背景和现状,进而展望市场前景,以期为政府、企业、投资者和消费者提供市场参考。
In recent years,due to the prominent environmental problems and the emergence of COVID-19,a trend of plant protein food has been set off from the west.We have a long history of bean product processing,which provides the market foundation for the prevalence of plant protein food.This paper reviews the background and current situation of the plant protein food trend at home and abroad,and then looks into the market prospects,in order to provide market reference for the government,enterprises,investors and consumers.
