高骨胶原蛋白饮食干预对骨外科术后患者骨愈合及营养达标率的影响

摘要 目的:探讨骨外科手术患者在高骨胶原蛋白饮食干预的应用中,对骨愈合及营养达标率的影响。方法:抽选山东省第二人民医院骨外科2022年1月至2022年12月期间收诊的手术患者60例作为观察样本,按照数表法的分组规范,划分为对照组与观察组2个组别,各组别取30例展开对照研究,前组患病者在骨外科术后采取常规康复护理实施干预,后组患病者在前组基础上联合高骨胶原蛋白饮食干预,分别对2组护理后的营养水平、疼痛及关节功能、手术指标、营养达标率展开统计学分析。结果:在实施干预前,两组患者的机体营养水平较低,且均无显著性差异(P>0.05);实施干预后,观察组患者的营养水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者术前疼痛分值与关节功能得分均无明显差异(P>0.05),术后观察组疼痛分值显著低于对照组,关节功能得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组各项手术相关用时显著短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患病者测出营养状态中营养正常的样本数显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取高骨胶原蛋白饮食干预用于骨外科手术患者术后康复中,有利于提升患者机体营养水平,加速术后骨折端的愈合,提高营养达标率。 Objective:To investigate the effect of dietary intervention with high bone collagen on bone healing and nutritional attainment in patients undergoing bone surgery.Method:60 surgical patients admitted to Shandong Second People’s hospital during the period from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as observation samples.According to the grouping criteria of the numerical table method,they were divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group.Thirty patients from each group were selected for a control study.The patients in the former group received routine rehabilitation nursing intervention after bone surgery,while the patients in the latter group received dietary intervention with high bone collagen protein on the basis of the former group,statistical analysis was conducted on the nutritional level,pain,joint function,surgical indicators,and nutritional compliance rate of the two groups after nursing care.Result:Before the intervention,the nutritional levels of the two groups of patients were lower,and there was no significant difference(P>0.05);After intervention,the nutritional level of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in preoperative pain score and joint function score between the two groups(P>0.05).After surgery,the pain score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,while the joint function score was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The operation related time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The number of samples with normal nutrition in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adopting dietary intervention with high bone collagen protein for postoperative rehabilitation of patients undergoing bone surgery is beneficial to improving the nutritional level of the patient,accelerating the healing of the fracture end after surgery,and improving the nutritional compliance rate.
