As an important carrier of food information,food labels reflect a large extent whether food is safe.Food labels not only affect consumers;but also,objectively reflect whether food is safe to some extent.This paper classifies food labels,discusses the role and impact of different kinds of labels,and points out the role of food labels in the review process,hoping that readers can better safeguard their rights and interests through food labels.
