本文对食品检测中的前处理技术、现代仪器分析技术、生物分析技术在农药残留、兽药残留、有毒有害物质等分析检测中的应用进行简要阐述,以了解现阶段食品安全检测技术的发展趋势,为食品日常检测提供参考。

This article briefly describes the application of pretreatment technology,modern instrumental analysis technology,and biological analysis technology in the analysis and detection of pesticide residues,veterinary drug residues,toxic and harmful substances in food testing,in order to understand the current development trend of food safety testing technology and provide reference for daily food testing.
