食品安全与卫生工作事关人们的身体健康和生命安全,事关国家经济发展与社会和谐。近年来,我国一些地方接连曝出毒豆芽、地沟油、病死猪肉等食品安全与卫生事件,突显出当前我国食品安全与卫生方面的严峻形势。本文分析了目前我国烹饪食品安全与卫生方面存在的相关问题,提出了加强烹饪食品安全与卫生管理工作的有效对策。

Food safety and hygiene is related to people’s health and life safety,national economic development and social harmony.In recent years,a series of food safety and hygiene incidents,such as poisoned bean sprouts,waste oil and dead pork,have been exposed in some places in China,which highlights the serious situation of food safety and hygiene in China This paper analyzes the related problems in the field of cooking food safety and hygiene in China,and puts forward some effective countermeasures to strengthen the management of cooking food safety and hygiene.
