摘要 本文以食品抽样检测工作开展的重要性为切入点,分析了食品检测方式选择的要求,介绍了抽样检测的几种具体方法,在此基础上探讨了食品检测抽样工作开展中存在的问题,并提出了食品抽样检测质量提升的优化措施,希望能为我国食品安全工作的开展以及工作水平的提升提供参考和借鉴。 This article takes the importance of food sampling and testing work as the starting point,analyzes the requirements for selecting food testing methods,introduces several specific methods of sampling and testing,and explores the problems in the development of food sampling and testing work.It also proposes optimization measures for improving the quality of food sampling and testing,hoping to provide reference and reference for the development of food safety work and the improvement of work level in China.
