我国益生菌产业发展动态研究进展

摘要 益生菌是通过改善肠道微生物平衡或调节宿主黏膜与系统免疫功能的微生物添加物,能够提供机体正常菌群无法提供的生理作用。益生菌因具有提高机体免疫力、维持肠道菌群结构平衡、促进营养物质的消化吸收等功能受到消费者青睐。近年来益生菌产业发展迅速,品种繁多,已经形成了产业规模。本文针对上述情况,对我国益生菌制品的发展现状和存在的问题进行了综述,为我国益生菌制品的研究与发展提供理论依据。 Probiotics are microbial additives that can provide physiological effects that the normal flora of the body cannot provide by improving the balance of intestinal microorganisms or regulating the immune function of the host mucosa and system.Probiotics are favored by consumers for their ability to improve the immunity of the body,maintain the structural balance of the intestinal flora,and promote the digestion and absorption of nutrients.In recent years,the probiotic industry has developed rapidly,with a wide range of varieties,and has formed an industrial scale.In this paper,in view of the above,the current situation and problems of the development of probiotic products in China are reviewed,providing theoretical basis for the research and development of probiotic products in China.
