摘要
随着社会各界对食品安全、营养健康的日益重视,作为重要评判依据的食品检测报告被更多人所关注。作为提供公正、准确数据的食品检测机构,质量控制工作尤为重要。本文从食品检测机构的质量控制和检测报告审核两部分进行分析,以期为今后的相关工作提供参考。
With the increasing attention of all sectors of society to food safety,nutrition and health,as an important basis for evaluation of food testing report is paid more attention to.As a food testing institution that provides fair and accurate data,quality control is particularly important.This paper analyzes the quality control and report auditing of food testing body and laboratory in order to provide reference for the related work in the future.
