The internal quality control of food testing laboratory is an important link to ensure food safety.In order to strengthen the accuracy and reliability of food detection,this paper expounded the present situation of internal quality control in food testing laboratory,analyzed the common methods of internal quality control in laboratory,and put forward the suggestions to strengthen internal quality control as reference and study for food testing laboratory.
