突发食物中毒事件理化检验质量控制的效果分析

摘要 目的:分析理化检验质量控制在突发食物中毒事件中的实施效果。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年12月突发食物中毒患者130例作为研究对象。其中2020年1—12月的65例为对照组,未实施质量控制;2021年1—12月的65例为干预组,实施质量控制。比较两组食物中毒检出情况、食物中毒化学性有害物质检出情况、事件控制时间、检验耗时、报告发布时间以及检验偏差率。结果:干预组确诊率(67.69%)高于对照组(52.31%)(P<0.05);两组食物中毒化学有害物质中的硫化氢、二氧化硫、氢氯甙类、有机磷、羰基价/酸价、亚硝酸盐检出率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预组的事件控制时间、检验耗时、报告发布时间、检验偏差率少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:理化检验质量控制应用于突发食物中毒事件中能够提高确诊率,缩短事件控制时间、检验耗时、报告发布时间,降低检验偏差率,积极推广将有益于提高突发食物中毒事件处理效率。 Objective:The effect of physical and chemical inspection quality control in the outbreak of food poisoning was analyzed.Method:A total of 130 patients with sudden food poisoning from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects.Among them,65 cases from January to December 2020 were control group without quality control.65 cases from January to December 2021 were included in the intervention group,and quality control was implemented.The detection situation of food poisoning,quality inspection situation of chemical harmful substances of food poisoning,incident control time,inspection time,report release time and inspection deviation rate of the two groups were compared.Result:The diagnosis rate in the intervention group(67.69%)was higher than that in the control group(52.31%)(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the detection rates of hydrogen sulfide,sulfur dioxide,hydrochlorosides,organophosphorus,carbonyl/acid value and nitrite between the two groups(P>0.05).The event control time,test time,report publication time and test deviation rate in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of physical and chemical inspection quality control in emergent food poisoning incidents can improve the diagnosis rate,shorten the time of event control,inspection time,report release time,and reduce the deviation rate of inspection.Active promotion will be beneficial to improve the treatment efficiency of emergent food poisoning incidents.
