滤膜法、多管发酵法检验生活饮用水中微生物的比较

Comparison of Filter Membrane Method and Multi-Tube Fermentation Method for Testing Microorganisms in Domestic Drinking Water

摘要 在枯水期采集200份水样(出厂水水样100份,末梢水水样100份),丰水期采集水样200份(出厂水水样100份,末梢水水样100份)。对所有水样分别采取滤膜法、多管发酵法检验,比较两种检测方法的微生物检出情况。结果表明,多管发酵法对枯水期的大肠菌群总检出率(23.50%)高于滤膜法(16.00%),丰水期的大肠菌群总检出率(15.00%)高于滤膜法(9.00%),出厂水的大肠菌群总检出率(13.50%)高于滤膜法(8.50%),末梢水的大肠菌群总检出率(24.50%)高于滤膜法(16.50%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在生活饮用水的微生物检验中,采用多管发酵法的检出效果优于滤膜法,可作为水监测的首选方法。 In the dry period,200 water samples were collected(100 water samples from the factory,100 water samples from the end water),and 200 water samples were collected in the rich period(100 water samples from the factory,100 water samples from the end water).All water samples were tested by the filter membrane method and multi-tube fermentation method,and the microbial detection of the two testing methods were compared.The results show that the total detection rate of coliform in the dry water period(23.50%)is higher than that in the membrane method(16.00%),the total detection rate of coliform in the rich water period(15.00%)is higher than that in the membrane method(9.00%),the total detection rate of coliform in the factory water(13.50%)is higher than that in the membrane method(8.50%),and the total detection rate of coliform in the end water(8.50%)is higher than that in the membrane method.The total coliform detection rate(24.50%)is higher than the membrane test(16.50%),the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).In the microbiological testing of drinking water,the detection effect of the multi-tube fermentation method is better than that of the membrane test,which can be used as the preferred method for water monitoring.
