摘要
由塑化剂产生的挥发性有机物(Volatile Organic Compounds,VOCs)引起的水体污染问题是当前研究的热点。由于饮用水中VOCs浓度较低,因此需选择科学的样品前处理手段及灵敏度较高的检测手段。本研究采用气相色谱-质谱法对水体中的低浓度VOCs进行富集,通过对实验条件进行优化,实现对水体中VOCs的高灵敏快速分析。实验结果表明59种微量挥发性有机化合物的线性相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.02~0.09μg·L^(-1),加标回收率为85.9%~107.0%,相对标准偏差为0.3%~6.2%,使用该方法测定饮用水中低浓度挥发性有机物,结果准确且方便快捷。
The problem of water pollution caused by volatile organic compounds(VOCs)produced by plasticizers is a hot topic of current research.Due to the low concentration of VOCs in drinking water,it is necessary to choose scientific sample pretreatment methods and sensitive detection methods.This study used gas chromatography-mass spectrometry to enrich low concentration VOCs in water,and optimized experimental conditions to achieve highly sensitive and rapid analysis of VOCs in water.The experimental results show that the linear correlation coefficients of 59 trace volatile organic compounds are all greater than 0.999,and the detection limit of the method is 0.02~0.09μg·L^(-1),with a recovery rate of 85.9%~107.0%and a relative standard deviation of 0.3%~6.2%.The method is accurate,convenient,and fast for the determination of low concentration volatile organic compounds in drinking water.
