摘要 乳制品行业频频出现的食品安全问题,引起了大众对乳制品品质安全的关注。乳制品是一种很容易受到污染的食品,因此企业就更应该注重乳制品加工过程。为保证乳制品的质量,许多企业开始在乳制品加工过程中应用生物技术,在保证乳制品不会被污染的同时,提高乳制品的品质。本文分析了乳制品加工过程中应用生物技术的重要性,详细阐述了乳制品加工过程中生物技术的具体应用,为相关研究学者提供借鉴和参考。 Frequent food safety problems in the dairy industry have raised public concern about the quality and safety of dairy products.Dairy products are a kind of food that can be easily contaminated,so companies should pay more attention to the dairy processing process.To ensure the quality of dairy products,many companies have started to apply biotechnology in the dairy processing process to improve the quality of dairy products while ensuring that they are not contaminated.This paper analyzes the importance of applying biotechnology in dairy product processing and elaborates the specific application of biotechnology in dairy product processing to provide reference for related research scholars.
