摘要 优质农产品的快速发展离不开农药等外源物质的添加,这些物质直接导致了农产品农药残留超标,导致产生食用安全问题,甚至引起中毒死亡。因此,农药残留检测十分重要。本文探讨了液相色谱-质谱联用仪在农产品农药残留检测中的应用,分析了液相色谱-质谱联用仪检测农药残留的技术优势和前处理技术特点等,为提高质谱法在农药残留检测应用的准确性提供参考。 The rapid development of high-quality agricultural products cannot be separated from the addition of exogenous substances such as pesticides,which directly lead to the excessive residues of agricultural products,resulting in food safety problems.It can even cause death by poisoning.So the detection of agricultural residues is very important.This paper discussed the application of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS)in the detection of pesticide residues in agricultural products,analyzed the technical advantages of LC-MS detection of pesticide residues,and the characteristics of pretreatment technology,so as to provide reference for improving the accuracy of the application of mass spectrometry in the detection of pesticide residues.
