摘要
食品药品是最常见的消费品之一,其质量安全直接关乎人们的生命健康和安全,检验检测作为发现问题风险的一种重要手段,在食品药品质量把控和市场监管中起到了极为重要的作用。在食品药品检测中,前处理的方法、技术和手段可以直接影响整个分析评价流程,因此有必要加强前处理技术的研究和探讨。本文主要论述前处理的重要性、主要技术及其优缺点,同时也论述了前处理技术的评价标准和发展趋势,可为食品药品检测人员了解前处理的基础知识提供参考,也可为前处理方法开发提供理论借鉴。
Food and drug is one of the most common consumer goods,and its quality and safety are related to the life and health and safety of the people directly.As an important means of discovering the risk of problems,inspection and testing plays an important role in the quality control and market supervision of food and drug extremely.In food and drug testing,the methods,techniques and means of pre-processing can affect the whole analysis and evaluation process directly,so it is necessary to strengthen the research and discussion of pretreatment technology.This paper mainly discusses the importance of pre-processing,the main technology and its advantages and disadvantages,and also discusses the evaluation criteria and development trend of pre-processing technology.This paper can provide reference for food and drug testing personnel to understand the basic knowledge of pre-processing,and can also provide theoretical reference for the development of pre-processing methods.
